Elders Project Co-ordinator

The Elders Project Co-ordinator role sits within our Take Part Department and is a new fixed term and part time position. The role will be tasked with researching, developing and trialling a new programme of work for elders. The role will spend time integrating with and understanding the current provision of work for older people in the area. They will then lead on managing the initial programme of activities, and will work with The Theatre Director, Fundraising staff and Take Part Director to create a future plan for the programme and how it might be sustainably funded and staffed.

Salary: £7408.20 fixed fee / £13.70 per hour

Hours: 14 hours a week

Contract: Fixed term for 39 weeks. Likely Jan/Feb to Sep/Oct 2026
