Community Choir Musical Director

The Theatre Chipping Norton is seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic and dedicated Musical Director to lead its community choirs.

We are looking to appoint someone who has a particular interest in working with a community choir, with experience and knowledge of a wide range of musical styles to support, encourage, nurture and inspire members developing confidence in their abilities. This choir is about singing for everyone and enjoying music making with a community, and all of the wellbeing improvements that come from this.

Closing Date: 16 April 2026, 10.30am

Salary: £47 per hour

Hours: around 2 1/2 hours per week, typically on a Thursday evening from 6.30pm to 9pm, with additional performance opportunities.
