The Theatre is the perfect place to hold a range of activities, and we pride ourselves on looking after visitors and giving them a great occasion. With low rates and discounts for community groups and regular bookers it may be cheaper than you think!

We can hire out any individual space, or a combination of the spaces, below, along with professional staff to make your event a success. Where required, we can provide refreshments and bar services, technical and cinema projection staff and box office services to sell tickets.

  • Private Film screenings

From birthday parties to industry premieres.

  • Parties, gigs and receptions

From toddlers to milestone birthdays and anniversaries.

  • Conferences, seminars and meetings

We work with a range of local businesses to provide the perfect home away from work. Projectors, screens, refreshments and wifi can all be arrange. Hosting for smaller meetings and training sessions can be offered in our gallery, space and rehearsal room and larger groups in the auditorium.

  • Classes, workshops and activities.

Alongside our own participatory activities, we host a huge range of community activities, from flower arranging to yoga.

  • Showcases and performances

Working with a range of school, amateur and community groups, we can provide an exciting, professional home for your show and your audience

Please bear in mind that our busiest, most in-demand times are weekend evenings and our panto season. We book our main programme between 6 and 12 months in advance, but we will always have gaps and spaces that can accommodate other events.
