Sophie Duker

A ground-breaking comedy hour that bravely centres dudes. 2026 work in progress from the recovering heterosexual and Taskmaster star.

Sophie Duker is an ‘astonishingly pretty’ [citation needed] comedian, writer and eldest daughter. Since being nominated for Best Newcomer in 2019, each of her three solo shows have enjoyed total sellout runs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (with multiple extra shows added). These shows have had similarly successful runs (and repeat runs) at London’s Soho Theatre. In 2025, Sophie toured her hour BUT DADDY, I LOVE HER! across three continents. She is due to return to the New York Comedy Festival in November with two dates of a brand-new show. After a competitive auction, her debut novel, DONG, was acquired by Borough Press (HarperCollins) and is due to be published in 2027.
