Walk For Wellbeing
Join us for a Walk for Wellbeing! A gentle walk for older people around William Fowler Wood (Millenium Wood). Experience the physical and mental benefits of getting out the house and moving your body in nature.
Meeting at Pop Up Studios, come along for a walk of about 40 minutes on a flat route with some uneven ground. Arrive back at Pop Up Studios for a cuppa and a chat.
If you would still like to come along but don't feel up for a walk don't worry, we also provide nature based crafts for you to get stuck in to! Crafts will also be available for walkers upon return.
Walk For Wellbeing is free with voluntary contributions towards refreshments welcome.
