Most of us have to face grief and loss in our lives. Since the death of her young son Harry 21 years ago, Lizzie Pickering has been impelled to understand what grief is and how to live with it. Now she has written When Grief Equals Love, a moving and tender book in which she explores her own experience and that of many others, who talk about what has helped them to survive, grow and even thrive.
