Actor and social media star Joe Tracini lives with a complex mental illness called borderline personality disorder (BPD) which he describes as having a brain that is essentially trying to murder him every day – 40% of people with BPD attempt suicide. His book is a collection of the funny, sad and shocking stuff that has happened to him. He wrote it to save his life – and hopes it will save others, too. His frank account of living with the condition has been written with searing honesty and a delicious sense of humour.
