An Interactive Singing session for People with Dementia and their carers

Playing at The Theatre

Wednesday 22nd May

Research has shown that music and singing are incredibly beneficial to those living with dementia and can help improve a person's mood, self-esteem and overall quality of life. Led by pianist Philippa Furlong, this one hour interactive session aims to do just that and is all about having fun, singing some well-known songs, sharing memories and socialising with others in a relaxed and friendly environment.
