Georgie Elvin
Georgie joined the Take Part team in 2021
Georgie attended the prestigious Arts Educational Schools London from 2008 – 2015. She achieved the highest grades in LAMDA and Trinity exams, alongside her GCSEs and A-levels. Georgie studied English Literature and Film at University in Manchester, where she taught English to refugees as well as running an Arts club for the children of her students.
She has been a Drama Facilitator and volunteer for award-winning social enterprise Artburst (which was born out of Chippy Theatre) since 2012, working with vulnerable children and families to produce plays and shadow-puppet performances.
Georgie continues to teach LAMDA at Chipping Norton School every week, whilst also working as an SEN Learning Support Assistant as her 9-5 job. Georgie is a huge advocate for the performing arts and is excited to embolden her actors with her enthusiasm for all things theatre-related.
